A) Support provided once the website design is over
- Once the web design is over, we basically provide support free for simple single line corrections for the full year
- If the corrections runs into many pages , in case of text based sites, we charge US$7 (Rs.250 per page) and do the corrections
- In case of customers asking for a fixed rate then we charge US$25 (Rs.1000) or US$50 (Rs.2000/- ) per month and provide such services .The charges are based on the kind of work in the website.

- We appoint separate staff for this kind of support and such staff work round the clock and provide support to our customers in India and overseas.
B) Support provided to our web hosting customers
For shared hosting customers:-
- Installing a ms sql in your system and connecting it to the webserver’s ms sql
- We can guide you on how to do it if you are our customer
- How to create an email , change password,
- How to set up a auto responder using your control panel
- How to upload through an ftp
- You will need help in case your asp.net or ms sql does not work
- You will need help in case your php, my sql database create problems
- You may need help in asp, or some component related problem
C) Support provided to our dedicated server customer
- We configure the smtp servers
- We configure your dns servers
- We configure your hosting controllers or helm controller or other contorlers in case of php, linux servers
- We install your email servers
- We configure your name servers
- We install all your needed components
- Ask us for Windows 2003 or Linux based servers.
D) Support provided to our resellers in India and overseas/ support provided to our overseas clients
