E-Book - Library Software

This project An E-Book library exactly like is an electronic version of a printed book.

Here are the facilities in this software:-

• You can download all novels and books and share with your friends, classmates, students… anyone!
• E-books are listed alphabetically by author and by title, and chronologically, by author's date of birth.
• Some works are also listed by theme (subject).
• All of the works in the collection may also be found by searching.
•  Before downloading the E Book, you need to register with the software and receive authentication.
• You can read these books offline after downloading and saving them in your computer’s local disk drives.
• Any one can download these books and read them whenever they want to. E Books are gradually being updated to reflect the current standards, including revamped and improved style sheets, and a "license".
• You can also improve your financial background by referring your friends, book lovers and well wishers through the referral program present in the website.
• You can access these books anywhere, anytime from any place with the help of a computer or laptop.
•  It enables searching within a book and across a collection of books.
• One can easily access these books directly from the OPAC which is widely used in colleges.
• E books can support remote users such as distance and distributed learners.
• E books is that one can retrieve these books very quickly which saves a lot of time.

Requirement as follow:

Module A:  Access PC Program/Desktop via the Library view

1. User should be able to switch to normal PC desktop mode; access PC program through normal desktop view or through the library view mode. In other word is like replacing the normal PC desktop view to the Library desktop view. Through the library must have some tools to access PC program such as desktop item, word, excel, media player etc. Put it in hidden – mouse move over it - a windows will appear showing the entire program icon (like what shown on the book name and author name display when mouse move over it). Task bar item on the desktop such as time etc also must shown somewhere so that the user can see the item as usually seen from normal desktop mode. When user in Library desktop view mode, user no need to run the library program again to access and read e-Book. But if user on the normal PC desktop mode then they need to run ebook library program in order to access and read the e-Book. This is simply re-linking the PC program files on our Library desktop view.

2. When user close the program and re-open again it should go at the last view mode (like hibernate mode in windows) or at least when windows hibernate the program does not close. This will let user to continue to work/read on the library until user complete they work and close the program.

3. More graphics, library background such as other library view / color or with other angle view inside with flashes to be add. This is to avoid getting bore, or like changing the skin etc…

4. The program must suit all screen resolution setting such as 800x600, 1024x768, 1152x864, 1280x600 etc. So this setting more flexible to major size of the monitor.
