Project Management System

We have developed this package called "crm -staff-promsys" (customer relationship/staff and project management system) to give solution to important problems faced by ceo's today

Some of them are here below:-

Staff management

	I tell one staff one day and I forget but when I remember, I don’t have a record that I have already told him to do that – I need a system to inform and instruct staff any time of my convenience, when staff opens his login, he must see all my instructions. Staff should not delete the instructions.
	When I want to tell one staff he is not there in front of me, when I send him a mail, I don't know if it has reached him - I need a system to send message and also ensure it has reached the destination and receive report on that
	When I give a job to staff sometimes two or three staff do the job I need to know how the job has been split and who all did the job
	When I give a task to staff, I must know when the task was started and when it will be over. If its not over on that day , I must have explanation why its delayed. The system must report this to me.

Project management system

	Give regular instructions to staff from any part of the world
	Get reports from them from any part of the world
	Staff will be able to interact with other staff and keep record of their work sharing and reporting - to speed up jobs
	Let the customers login and know what is the status of their job and let the customers send specific communications about specific orders.

Nissi – PROMSYS ver 1.1

• Add Work Order Number
  (work order is actually the authorized document asking the sales staff to start the work on particular enquiry- we differentiate this since the usual emails sent for various other communications are not treated as work order)

• Anytime the (sales person) user password was changed by the user it will be updated in Admin Control so thatwhenever the admin wants to know any password it will be seen to admin - the office staff
• Staff Code (every sales staff will be given one code)

Work Sheet Form:

	Work sheet is the one page status of all the work orders given to particular sales staff and their current status plus the following details
	Actual Start date and End date
	Status

Issue Status

	ssues means all other matters other than sales matters may be a collection to be done or some details to be asked to a customer or an enquiry or clarification about the sales per month raised by admin to sales staff or in some cases the sales staff can also raise to admin staff
	In case this issue once sent to a staff (sales) if he is not able to answer that and he forward that to another person the system will maintain full record of the same (How many members handled this issue )

Work Report Details:

• Full Details of particular Project handled by particular Staff Members

• Weekly wise report

Leave Permission:-

Any staffs who is on Leave can apply for the leave permission -using form

Admin Area:-

The complete admin area where following facilities are available:-

	Admin can add any number of new sales staff
	In case if the sales staff have departments – or country wise then that also can be separated
	First when  starting the admin can give rights to specific staff and make them the admin in addition to handle the “In house jobs and confidential jobs of adding the enquiries into the promsys”
	The admin can also set specific rights to the users like view only or edit only or send messages only.

	Admin can view all the activities of all sales people from any location even using his/her laptop as this full software will be running from our web based server.

Project annual maintenance

• will cover the “ensuring the site works 99% uptime/back up and any bugs in already developed software – we will give more details when needed

Project monthly maintenance :-

• It will cover the maintenance and further development of the software also – we have various options for this. – We will give more details when needed.
