If you click master link it shows all the masters name

They are

  1. Category Master:

                     It contains details about categories (like childrens, pastors, orphans, widows etc).

Button Event:


NEW - If you want to add new record click new button and fill the details as per the requirement (Category ID, Category type, Category name, Category description, monthly and sponshership amount).

SAVE - After you fill the required details click  a Save button for saving your record.

VIEW - This level allows the user to View only category information.
You want to see category details click View button and Select which category you want to display.

EDIT - This level allows the user to change any of their Category information. To update record use Edit and then click save button for saving the updated record.

EXIT - Lastly you want to exit use Exit button.

2. Center Master:

                    It contains details about center. Center ID, Center Category, Center Name, Person in charge, Center Address,City,State,Country,Pincode,Email-ID,SIA help begin Date,Mobile,Telephone,Comments.

NEW - If you want to add new record click new button and fill the details   as per the requirement (Center Category, Center name, Person in charge, Address etc).
 
SAVE- After you fill the required details click Save button for saving your record.

VIEW - This level allows the user to View only Center information.
You want to see a Center details click View button and Select which category you want to display.

EDIT - This level allows the user to change any of their Center information. You want to update record use Edit button to update your record and then click save button for saving the updated record.

EXIT - Lastly you want to exit use Exit button.

3. General Expense Master:

                        The details of the expenses heads other than the beneficiary expenses like administration expenses. Expense Name, Amount, Description are Fields in the master.

NEW - if you want to add new record click new button and fill the details as per the requirement (. Expense Name, Amount, Description).
 
SAVE - After you fill the required details click Save button for saving your record.

VIEW - This level allows the user to View only General Expenses information.
You want to see a General Expenses details click View button and Select which category you want to display.

EDIT - This level allows the user to change any of their General Expenses information. You want to update record use Edit button to update your record and then click save button for saving the updated record.

EXIT - Lastly you want to exit use Exit button.

4. Project Master:

                        It contains a detail about projects (like build an church etc).including fields are Project Number, Project type, Center Id, Name of the project, Address, City, State, Country, pin code, Telephone No, Number of Beneficiary, Description of Project, Estimated cost of project, Fund raise so far, Date of start of the project, Date of completion of project, Status of project and comments.


Button Event:

NEW - if you want to add new record click  new button and fill the details as per the requirement (Project type, Center Id, Name of the project, Address, City, State, Country, pin code, Telephone No, Number of Beneficiary, Description of Project, Estimated cost of project, Fund raise so far, Date of start of the project, Date of completion of project, Status of project and comments).

SAVE - After you fill the required details click  a Save button for saving your record.

5. Country Master:

This master contains a details about country name and country code.

Button Event:

NEW - If you want to add new record click  new button and fill the details as per the requirement (Country Code and country name).
 
SAVE - After you fill the required details click  a Save button for saving your record.

VIEW - This level allows the user to View only Country information.
You want to see a Country details click  View button and Select which Country you want to display.

EDIT - This level allows the user to change any of their Country information. You want to update record  use Edit button to update your record and then click save button for saving the update record.

EXIT - Lastly you want to exit  use Exit button.
