On 1st September 2011, Nissi Infotech Private Limited (NIPL) signs MOU and distributorship agreement with Malaysian company for distribution of ERP software products owned by NIPL namely the "Nissi Chef Coffee" and "Infraconsoft" in Malaysia and Singapore.
